Refund policy
Refund Policy
At Bramble Flower Farm, we take great care in growing, selecting and arranging our flowers so they arrive fresh and beautiful.
As flowers are fresh, perishable products, our refund and cancellation policy is a little different from that of non-perishable goods.
Cancellations and changes
If you need to cancel or make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders may be cancelled or changed provided we have not yet begun preparing your flowers or dispatched your order for delivery.
Once your bouquet has been prepared or dispatched, we may be unable to cancel, change or refund your order.
Change of mind
Because our flowers are fresh and perishable, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind once an order has been prepared.
Seasonal flowers and substitutions
Our bouquets are made using fresh, seasonal flowers, and the varieties and colours available naturally change throughout the season.
Images on our website are examples of our style and the approximate size and overall look of our bouquets. Your bouquet will not necessarily contain the exact flowers pictured.
Occasionally we may need to substitute a flower, foliage or wrapping due to seasonal availability. We will always aim to create a bouquet of equal or greater value while maintaining the selected colour palette and overall style as closely as possible.
Natural variations between individual flowers are part of working with fresh, locally grown seasonal blooms and are not considered faults.
Problems with your flowers
We want you and your recipient to be happy with your Bramble flowers.
If your flowers arrive damaged, in poor condition, or there is another issue with your order, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery. Providing your order details and photographs of the flowers will help us understand what has happened and resolve the issue.
Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, refund or another appropriate solution.
Fresh flowers naturally have different vase lives depending on the variety, stage of bloom, environment and how they are cared for.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other applicable consumer law.
Delivery issues
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address and any information reasonably required for us to complete the delivery.
If we are unable to deliver because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied, or because we cannot reasonably access the property, additional delivery charges may apply if redelivery is required.
Where nobody is home, we may leave the flowers in a safe and suitable place at the delivery address where reasonably possible.
If we cannot safely leave the flowers, we will use reasonable efforts to contact the purchaser or recipient to arrange an alternative. Additional delivery charges may apply for another delivery attempt.
If an order cannot be delivered due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, we will contact you to discuss the available options.
