These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through the Bramble Flower Farm website. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

About Bramble Flower Farm

Bramble Flower Farm is a New Zealand flower farm and florist based in Hukerenui, Northland, offering fresh seasonal flowers and flower delivery in the Whangārei area.

Ordering

Orders can be placed through our website and are subject to availability.

Please check all order information carefully before completing your purchase, including the recipient's name, delivery address, delivery date, contact information and gift message.

Once an order has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where we are unable to fulfil it. If we cancel an order that has already been paid for, we will provide a refund of the amount paid for the cancelled goods or services.

Prices and payment

All prices displayed on our website are in New Zealand dollars and include GST where applicable.

Delivery charges are calculated separately and will be displayed during the ordering process.

Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available through our website.

We reserve the right to change our products and prices at any time. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for.

Fresh and seasonal flowers

Flowers are a natural and seasonal product.

The photographs on our website represent the style, size and general appearance of our bouquets but are not a guarantee that your bouquet will contain the exact flowers pictured.

Flower varieties, colours and availability change throughout the growing season. We may substitute individual flowers, foliage or wrapping where necessary while aiming to maintain the selected colour palette, style and value of the bouquet.

Each bouquet is individually made and natural variation is to be expected.

Flower availability

All orders are subject to the availability of fresh flowers.

On rare occasions, weather, crop availability or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may mean we cannot fulfil an order as originally planned.

Where appropriate, we may make reasonable substitutions. If we cannot reasonably fulfil your order, we will contact you to discuss an alternative or provide a refund.

Delivery

Bramble Flower Farm offers flower delivery within our advertised delivery areas around Whangārei.

Available delivery dates and applicable delivery charges are displayed on our website.

Same-day delivery may be available Monday to Friday for eligible orders placed before 11am. Availability is subject to our delivery capacity and flower availability.

Selecting a delivery date does not guarantee delivery at a particular time of day unless this has been specifically agreed with us.

We will use reasonable care to deliver orders on the selected delivery date.

Delivery information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Please provide any information that may reasonably be needed to access the property, including apartment or unit numbers, gate instructions or other relevant delivery details.

Where nobody is available to receive the flowers, we may leave them in a safe and suitable location at the property where reasonably possible.

If we cannot safely complete the delivery, we may contact the purchaser or recipient. Additional delivery charges may apply if another delivery attempt is required due to incorrect information, lack of access or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Gift messages

Customers may provide a message to accompany their flowers.

We reserve the right not to include content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive or otherwise inappropriate.

Please check your message carefully before submitting your order. We are not responsible for spelling or other errors contained in text supplied by the customer.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations, changes, refunds and issues with orders are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms of Service or our Refund Policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, Fair Trading Act 1986 or other applicable New Zealand law.

Website information

We aim to ensure that information on our website, including product descriptions, availability, prices and delivery information, is accurate and up to date.

Occasionally errors may occur. If an error affects an order you have placed, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to resolve the issue.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the photographs, written content, branding and other original material on the Bramble Flower Farm website belong to Bramble Flower Farm and may not be reproduced or used for commercial purposes without our permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

To the extent permitted by law, Bramble Flower Farm will not be responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
